- Research of your apartment/house through our network of estate agents, classifieds, social networks, internet, etc.
- Discussion of the selected goods and organization of visits at your convenience
- Filing your application with the agency or owner and defend it
- Lease signing
The price of this service is equivalent to a monthly rent (all inclusive) of the place you will rent.
Regarding monthly rents below CHF 1'700, a CHF 1'700 package will be charged.
These rates are charged only in case of success of the mandate, in the case of non-fulfillment or warrant cancellation only the flat fee of CHF 290 will be charged upon signature of the research mandate for administrative fees.
